“My family adores Firefly. When my child was 18 months or so, we briefly attended school elsewhere. It wasn't bad, but I just wasn't as impressed with it as I wanted to be. It felt stale. I ultimately took him after a couple of weeks because it didn't feel right. 6 months later my son began asking to go to school so I wanted to give it another try. I toured and researched many schools but as soon as I found Firefly, I knew this was going to be the one. It checked all of my boxes that I couldn't find anywhere else. The passion that the owners and teachers have for their job is truly amazing. They value children being children and from day one my son has done so well there. From the start he has been warmly embraced at the door which is something that is important to me as a parent. We love Firefly and all that they are about!”

“It has been such a joy to send my daughter to Firefly Community School! Every day my daughter runs to hug the owners, Miss Maggie and Miss Alissa on her way into the school. They both are so amazing as well as the teachers! All are very involved and responsive to each child’s needs. My daughter has learned so much in their care, from reading to math and science to yoga and particularly social-emotional skills. I especially love that they spend as much time as they can outside. For those whose children may have additional needs, our little girl can be highly sensitive and be sensory sensitive so she requires special attention at times. They have been so accommodating of her particular needs while giving her skills to self-regulate. We are going to be so sad to leave to start kindergarten. As our first child I was anxious about sending her to school but my fears were allayed quickly when I realized they take care of each child as if they were their own child. I would not hesitate to send her to Firefly again. I only wish we had found them earlier to send her here longer! I unreservedly recommend sending your child to Firefly Community School!”
